Eric grew up in La Jolla and graduated from USC in 1990. Eric and his wife Anne, an attorney, have three children and live in Muirlands Village. Also a McNaught-Davis/Knox prize winner, he is very involved in his children’s school and sponsors many youth sports organizations. He is a member of the La Jolla Country Club and the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. Eric is a dedicated athlete and golfer. Peggy grew up in New York and graduated from Cornell. In the late 1960s, she and her husband, Stan, a Professor Emeritus at UCSD, moved to La Jolla. Peggy was awarded the coveted McNaught-Davis/Knox prize, which honors an agent who exemplifies the qualities of personal integrity, community activity, and service to the real estate profession, salesmanship, and cooperation with associates.
