Meet The Team

Team Chodorow

For more than 47 years, Team Chodorow has been a dominant force in the local residential real estate market.
They have surpassed an astounding two billion dollars in lifetime sales and have averaged a sale a week for many years. They consistently rank among the top agents in San Diego County and in Berkshire Hathaway nationwide. What makes this mother and son powerhouse team so special?

Financial counselors advise that steady investing over time generates incredible results; Team Chodorow has demonstrated that consistency is equally potent when applied to the real estate industry. Through the decades, the Team has been successful selling homes and condos in La Jolla, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Rancho Santa Fe, University City, Pacific Beach, Point Loma and Mission Hills

What pleases the Team most is not the volume or price of their sales. It is the consistency. As one of their clients said, “Both Eric and Peggy are exceptional negotiators; they find ways to make deals for their clients. They listen carefully and understand their clients’ needs and goals; they leave no stone unturned to make their clients’ goals come to fruition.”

A team of exceptionally able and qualified assistants are the keys to Team Chodorow’s productivity. The secret to all their success? Repeat business and referrals from satisfied buyers and sellers.’Customer satisfaction drives our future success’, says Eric. “We don’t look back to past accomplishments, although we do take great satisfaction in having helped so many people buy and sell the homes of their dreams.
