Eric and Peggy Chodorow are among leading realtors throughout the nation and San Diego. They have sold between 50 and 100 million dollars of property each year for the past few years.

Peggy Chodorow grew up in New York and graduated from Cornell University. In the late 1960s she moved with her husband, Stan, to La Jolla. Stan is a Professor Emeritus at UCSD. Peggy was awarded the coveted McNaught-Davis/Knox prize, which honors an agent who exemplifies the qualities of personal integrity, community activity, and service to the real estate profession, salesmanship, and cooperation with associates. Peggy delights in music and theatre and can be found at performances of the La Jolla Playhouse, The Old Globe, The San Diego Rep, and The La Jolla Music Society. Peggy takes wonderful photographs and is a prodigious reader. She likes to get her hands dirty in the garden.
Eric grew up in La Jolla and graduated from USC in 1990. Eric and his wife Anne, an attorney, have three children and live in Muirlands Village. He is very involved in his children's school and sponsors many youth sports organizations. He and his wife support Voices for Children and many other community groups. He is a member of the La Jolla Country Club and the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. Eric is a dedicated athlete, focusing on golf and tennis. He also takes a particular interest in home design and knows the ins and outs of construction; he has done a major remodel on his own home.

Maryl is a member of St. James-By-the-Sea, where she serves on the Real Estate and Health Ministries committees, Altar Guild and Daughters of the King.
Monica Leschick grew up in La Jolla and graduated with honors from UCSD with a BA in Communication. She has a Master's in Education from UCSD as well. Raised by parents who owned an art gallery on Prospect Street, Monica has a deep appreciation for art and culture. She has studied in Spain and lived in Paris. Her professional experience includes sales, business management, marketing and advertising, as well as freelance writing for San Diego Metropolitan Magazine and North Park News.
